average stay with a few hiccups
sticky areas stained carpets
the staff was friendly and seemed willing to help guests, which i suppose is their job. they stored luggage after i checked out.
the room cleaning left a lot to be desired. the carpets had some questionable stains, and i wondered if anyone actually vacuumed before i arrived. some areas were just plain sticky, which wasn't great.

a sweet seaside escape!
fantastic location fast wifi good value private parking
The location was convenient. A brief walk led us to the sandcastle waterpark, a wetherspoons, and numerous charming fish and chip shops. the wifi worked wonderfully, offering super fast connectivity, and the room was just perfect for what we needed. i found it really good value, especially with the added bonus of private parking at the building's rear.

the hotel is near to the sandcastle waterpark and south pier, offering activities nearby. proximity to local food shops gives easy access to meals. it is a fantastic location!!!

great location comfortable bed friendly staff broken radiator horrendous heat difficulty sleeping
The location was great. It was right in the thick of all the attractions. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and happy to help.
The radiator was ON in my room. I tried to turn it off, but nothing worked. The heat in the room was horrendous. I struggled to sleep because it was so hot!

clean room soft duvet fresh sheet basic room small heater low pressure
the room was very clean. the beds had soft fresh duvets and sheets, so i slept well. there were big towels provided, and a small table was available! the breakfast was really lovely and good value.
the room was very basic. there was only a small plug in heater, though it gave hardly any heat. when i turned the shower on hot there was hardly any pressure. i could cope with all this.

fabulous breakfast excellent staff seafront walks basic rooms small bathroom weak shower
The breakfast was fabulous! The staff were excellent. They provided prompt service. I found it very close to the promenade for seafront walks. The pleasure beach was also nearby.
The rooms felt basic, though I could manage. My bathroom was very small. The shower did not have a lot of power.
